Who works?

Internal structure and work of Institution are governed by Book of Rules on Internal structure and work of Public institution »Maksimir«.

Body of Institution consists of: GOVERNING COUNCIL, MANAGER AND CONSERVATION MANAGER.

Governing council

Governing council, which consists of 5 members, manages the Institution. The president and members of Governing council are appointed and acquitted by City of Zagreb 's Town council for a 4-year term. Appointed in Governing council are:

•  Three representatives of City of Zagreb
•  Representative of the Institution proposed by the manager as one of Institution's conservation service's employees
•  Representative of scientific and expert institutions, i.e. experts from the area of nature protection
